Tăcerea străzii și alte....

Acum aproape opt ani am început să public articole pe rețeaua profesională LinkedIn, toate în limba engleză. În general, au fost bine primite. Totuși, am fost întrebat de ce nu le public și în limba română. Întrucât oricum aveam de gând să le adun pe toate într-o carte tipărită, am decis să le public bilingv. Sunt articole de business, dar majoritatea se referă la persoanele implicate, la nevoile și provocările lor. Recunosc că aceste articole par mai degrabă un ghid, dar am încercat să evit inevitabila plictiseală a cititorului printr-o abordare mai... diferită. Opiniile și eventualele sfaturi se bazează pe experiența mea personală, dar și pe observațiile mele în situații în care nu am fost implicat direct. Cred că lectura lor poate ajuta, clarifica și chiar inspira, iar subiectele abordate au fost reprezentative pentru trecut și vor fi relevante și în viitor.

About eight years ago I started publishing articles on the professional network LinkedIn, all in English. In general, they were well received. However, I was asked why I didn't publish them in Romanian. Since I was going to collect them all in a printed book anyway, I decided to publish them bilingually. They are business articles, but most of them refer to the people involved, their needs and challenges. I admit that these articles seem more like guidance, but I tried to avoid the inevitable boredom of the reader with a more... different approach. The opinions and recommendations are based on my personal experience, but also on my observations in situations in which I was not directly involved. I believe that reading them can help, clarify and even inspire, and the topics raised were representative in the past and will be relevant in the future too.
